Keeping groceries cool between the store and home can be challenging, especially when you're shopping for fresh produce, dairy products, meat or frozen foods. The PackIt Freezable Grocery Tote Bag in Black offers a convenient solution with built-in cooling technology designed for everyday grocery trips.
Featuring PackIt's patented ECOFREEZE® technology, this reusable tote incorporates freezable gel into its base and walls. Instead of carrying separate ice packs, you can freeze the bag ahead of your shopping trip and pack your groceries when you're ready to go.
With a spacious interior, comfortable shoulder straps and a collapsible design, it combines everyday shopping convenience with integrated cooling.
Built-In ECOFREEZE® Cooling Technology
The PackIt Freezable Grocery Tote uses freezable gel integrated into the bag's base and walls to help keep groceries chilled during transport.
To prepare the tote, fold it flat and freeze it overnight for approximately eight hours, following the manufacturer's instructions. Once frozen, it is ready to carry groceries that benefit from a cooler environment.
This integrated design removes the need for separate cooling packs, leaving more of the tote's interior available for your shopping.
Cooling performance can vary depending on outside temperatures, how the bag is packed and the length of the journey. For perishable groceries, continue following appropriate food safety and temperature-control guidance.
Room for Everyday Grocery Shopping
Designed with grocery runs in mind, the PackIt Freezable Grocery Tote provides space for a range of shopping essentials.
Use it to transport items such as:
-
Fresh fruit and vegetables
-
Dairy products
-
Meat and other chilled foods
-
Frozen groceries
-
Other everyday shopping essentials
Its roomy interior helps keep your shopping together in one reusable bag, while the secure zip closure helps contain the contents during transport.
Whether you're visiting a supermarket or browsing a farmers market, this cooler tote offers a practical way to carry groceries home.
Convenient to Carry and Store
The PackIt Freezable Grocery Tote is designed to fit into everyday routines.
Comfortable shoulder straps: Carry groceries more conveniently from the store to your vehicle or home.
Secure zip closure: Helps keep the bag's contents contained during transport.
Collapsible construction: Fold the tote flat for convenient freezer storage when preparing it for your next shopping trip.
Reusable design: Use the tote for repeated grocery trips, following the manufacturer's care instructions.
Black finish: A simple, versatile colour suited to everyday shopping.
Together, these features make the tote a useful option for shoppers who want a reusable grocery bag with integrated cooling.
A Practical Alternative to Separate Ice Packs
Traditional cooler bags may require separate ice packs to help keep their contents cool. With PackIt's integrated ECOFREEZE® technology, the cooling gel is built into the tote itself.
Simply prepare the bag in the freezer before shopping, then pack your groceries when you're ready to leave.
This can make grocery preparation simpler, particularly when you're purchasing chilled and frozen products. The tote's collapsible design also helps with storage between uses.
For the best results, plan your shopping and journey home carefully, and avoid relying on the bag alone to keep highly perishable foods at safe temperatures for extended periods.
Easy Care for Regular Use
Keeping your grocery tote clean is important when using it to transport food.
According to the supplied product information, the interior can be wiped clean or hand-washed as needed, while the exterior should be spot-cleaned. The bag is not machine washable or dishwasher safe.
Follow the manufacturer's cleaning and storage instructions to help maintain the lining and built-in cooling components.
