Here at Chef Supply Co customer happiness ranks high on our list of priorities. If you are not happy we are not happy. We go to great lengths to make sure our Damascus knives and other products are high quality and fit for purpose.
To protect your purchase and investment we have devised our "love it or return it" program. This program gives you 10 days from the day of delivery to return the products you purchased from us that are branded Chef Supply co or Unified Supply Co with a money back return policy.
Of course there are some terms and conditions for the program and they are set out below.
1. The products this program covers are only those that are branded Chef Supply Co or Unified Supply Co.
2. Product must be returned at your own expense.
3. 10% of products purchase price will be deducted from refund for handling and restocking.
4. All goods must be returned in a clean state with all original accompanying items and in original packaging. DO NOT return the goods to us unless above mentioned criteria has been met. If the criteria has not been met a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from refund.
5. All goods returned must be in new condition. No marks, scratches or other blemishes that were not on the product when new.
6. We are very fair and go beyond expectations to please our customers, but we reserve the right to reject any refund claim under this program for any reason deemed by us to be abuse of this program and the reason it was created.
