Love It or Return It
At Chef Supply Co, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 10-day trial period for all Chef Supply Co or Unified Supply Co branded products. If you aren't completely satisfied, you may return them within 10 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Conditions & Fees

To qualify for a refund under our "Love It or Return It" program, please note the following:

• Return Shipping: All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.

• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• Condition: Items must be returned in new condition (no marks, scratches, or blemishes) and in their original packaging with all original items included.

• Incomplete Returns: If items are not returned in a clean state or are missing packaging, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

Damages and Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue. We do not cover goods subjected to misuse or used outside of their intended design.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items.
