Alongside our signature Chef Supply Co collections, we offer a carefully selected range of premium knife makers, including Japanese-made Miyabi knives crafted in Seki City, Japan.

From An Australian Knife Business To A Growing Culinary Brand
Chef Supply Co was founded in Sydney in 2017 by Adam Dodd with a clear purpose: to offer Australian cooks distinctive, dependable knives and culinary tools made for real-world use.
What began as an independent kitchen knife business has grown into a family-run Australian brand with its own recognisable collections. Series such as Sea Creature, Bondi Beach, Dark Tessellation and Inked bring together cutting performance, quality materials and bold design across knives for everyday preparation and specialist tasks.
Today, Chef Supply Co serves home cooks, BBQ enthusiasts and professional chefs throughout Australia. Alongside our own collections, we carefully select products from established premium makers, including Japanese-made Miyabi knives crafted in Seki City.
