Product Description
Craftsmanship & Specifications

The Miyabi 5000MCD Birchwood Gyuto 24cm is a premium Japanese chef’s knife made for cooks who want a larger blade for everyday preparation and more substantial ingredients.

Handcrafted in Seki, Japan, it features an SG2 Super Steel core surrounded by 101 layers of Damascus steel, creating the distinctive floral Damascus pattern of the 5000MCD series. The blade is CRYODUR® ice-hardened to 63 HRC and finished with a traditional Honbazuke hand-honed edge.

The 24cm Gyuto blade is suited to chopping, slicing and dicing, while the Birchwood handle with mosaic pin gives the knife its refined Japanese finish.
