"Nikuya" means butcher in Japanese. This knife is a great slicing tool for bigger portions of food.

* Blade material: Damascus steel core clad with 67 layers of steel. Black hammered finish.

* Handle material: Premium stabilised bamboo, two tone colour and three quarter tang (metal runs most of the way through handle). Octagonal handle with strong outline.
