The Dark Tessellation Series 17.5 cm - 7 inch Damascus Trimming/Boning Knife is a specialized tool designed for precision boning and trimming tasks in the kitchen. The knife gets its name from the mesmerizing honeycomb resin handle, showcasing a series of geometric shapes against a captivating dark blue background. NOT FLEXIBLE AS IT DAMASCUS STEEL, NOT SPRING STEEL.
