This Damascus knife is well suited for all of those bigger slicing jobs in the kitchen where a longer bigger knife is handy to have. From lamb legs to rumps and legs of of ham to large briskets this long knife will slice them with ease.

Blade is VG-10 core 67 layer Damascus"supersteel" and is clad on each side with 33 micro thin layers of stainless steel and a VG-10 core. Folded hammered and welded to create a unique Damascus pattern.
